Intake channels contain a variety of request types and scarce capacity is absorbed identifying the nature of each request and how it should be decisioned. Concierge identifies every request from new business, to renewals, to endorsements, to claims and matches it to the correct digitizer, enabling brokers, insurers and reinsurers to digitize at scale across their intake. Interactions that contain multiple requests are identified - for example, multiple quote requests for different lines of business, or multiple claim documents - and matched to the correct digitizers.
